2+ years of experience in web design or front-end development with a portfolio showing production work.

Strong Figma skills and experience translating designs to production code in Next.js or React.

Solid understanding of WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards and Core Web Vitals performance optimization.

Able to work with non-technical operations clients — explain design decisions in plain terms and understand domain requirements.

Experience with healthcare or industrial web applications is a strong plus.
