3+ years of experience in cloud engineering or infrastructure consulting.

Hands-on experience with at least two of AWS, GCP, or Azure. Relevant certifications are a strong plus.

Terraform or CDK for infrastructure as code; GitHub Actions or equivalent CI/CD tooling.

Working familiarity with HIPAA and SOC 2 compliance requirements in practice, not just in theory.

Experience designing for uptime requirements in healthcare or industrial environments — where downtime has real operational consequences.

Strong written documentation skills. We write runbooks your clients can actually follow during an incident.
